Cory KinsleyTitle: VP of Risk Management Picture: ![]() Information: Born in Leoti, KS in 1971 and graduated from Satanta High School of Satanta, KS in 1989. He then completed his B.S degree of Business Administration in Accounting from Kansas State University in 1993. His prior experience consists of 13 years of commodity risk-management experience with a heavy correlation to agriculture production and/or processing facilities. This started when he worked for Bartlett and Company in Kansas City for the Grain Division for 2 years in grain merchandising. He then transferred to Bartlett’s Cattle Feeding Company which, at that time, had 2 Texas feedyards with a one-time feeding capacity of 90,000 head. His experience was in both feed procurement and cattle feeding risk-management for 6 years. That role involved extensive cattle and grain futures and cash trading activities in a conventional hedging program. In continuing this commodity risk management experience, he returned “home” and performed as Director of Risk Management for Cattle Empire which had a one-time feeding capacity of 160,000 head for the 5 years prior to joining Conestoga Energy. Cory now resides in Sublette, KS with his wife Christi and 3 children, daughter Allison, and twin boys Brendan and Bailey. Home |
