Dale Baughman

Dale was born in Canton, Illinois. He graduated from Farmington Comm. High School, in 1969. That same year he went to work for Caterpillar Tractor and completed the Caterpillar 4 year Machinist Apprentice Program. While at Caterpillar, Dale was the Manufacturing Process Engineer and Senior Manufacturing Engineer. He was in charge of the D10 and D11 tractor build in East Peoria, Illinois. In 1978, Dale married his wife Bonnie. They are very proud of their three children, Brett, Shelly, and Amy. He retired from Caterpillar, in 2001 and moved to Kansas in 2007. Dale joined the Conestoga team that year working at Bonanza. He is currently at Arkalon as the Inventory Control Specialist. On his time off, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching his wife, daughters, son-in-laws, and grandkids ride horses and barrel race.
