David Winger

David is currently Assistant Risk Manager for Conestoga Energy Partners. This includes grain purchasing and pricing and WDG pricing. David also works with logistics for inbound grain, outbound ethanol and some report writing. Previously David has worked at Supreme Cattle Feeder and Walco International. David was born and raised south of Dodge City. He attended Richland Valley School south of Dodge City thru the 8th grade and then graduated in 1971 from Dodge City Senior High School. He attended Dodge City Community College and Oklahoma Panhandle State University graduating with a degree in Agriculture Business. David and his wife Vada live in Sublette. They have 4 children, Levi in Emporia Kanasas, Jared in Austin Texas, Danielle in Manhattan Kansas and Gabriel in Sublette Kansas. David's mother, older sister and brother live in Dodge City. His younger sister lives in Hutchinson Kansas.
