Jim WarrenTitle: Apointed Director - Arkalon & Bonanza Picture: ![]() Information: Jim joined Nesnah Ventures in February, 2001 as a partner and Chief Financial Officer. Jim was instrumental in establishing an operating infrastructure and implementing an enterprise wide accounting system for all Nesnah owned entities and investments. Jim has built a strong accounting team and works closely with other departments in the Nesnah organization. Jim has played a key role in the establishing and acquiring businesses that comprise Nesnah's current portfolio. He has actively served on the Board of several of the portfolio companies. He has overseen the growth of Nesnah to over $400 million in revenue and the addition of 20 plus operating companies. Jim has been the primary leader in sourcing and securing strategic banking relationships. During his tenure, he has played a major role in strategic acquisitions and the profitable sale of several companies. Jim has experience in a variety of areas including human resources, management information systems, operations management, strategic planning, budgeting, tax, legal, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business turn-arounds and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Nesnah Ventures, Jim was employed by Main Street Ingredients for 17 years with his last role being the Chief Financial / Operating Officer. Before joining Main Street, Jim was employed by Wincraft Inc. as Financial Controller. Jim is actively involved in Rotary for the past 15 years including various Board seats and committee chairs. Jim currently sits on the Rotary Lights Board. Jim is also very involved with the University of Wisconsin La Crosse Alumni Association (UWLAA) for the past seven years. He currently sits on the Board, the Executive and Finance committees and is a past President of the UWLAA. Jim most recently served on the UW-L stadium fund raising committee. In addition, Jim sits on other non-profit Boards and is a past member of the finance committee of his church. Home |
