Justin Lee

Justin Lee has extensive experience in a wide variety of business transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters in the United States and internationally. Mr. Lee obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993 and also obtained Master's in Accounting and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Missouri in 1989. Mr. Lee's professional admissions include the State Bar of California, U.S. Tax Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Lee's professional affiliations include: the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Lawyers Association, and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Lee has been a member of the society of the Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri since 1989. He also serves as the Business Advisory Council of the State of California for the National Republican Congressional Committee and is General Counsel for the Korean American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lee has represented hundreds of international corporate and business entities over the past fifteen years.
