Larry Leis

Larry Leis joined Nesnah Ventures as a partner upon the company's formation in August of 2000. He now serves as Vice-President of Business Development. In addition, Larry is an active member on a variety of boards. He is currently serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Aerisyn, LLC, which is a wind tower fabricator located in Chattanooga, TN. He is also a board member for Burrachos, a fresh Mexican Grill restaurant chain in Wisconsin. Previously, Larry served as the President of the Board of Directors for U.S. Energy Partners, an ethanol and wheat gluten manufacturing facility in Russell, KS, from January 2001 to June 2006. Prior to joining Nesnah Ventures, Larry was the Director of Petroleum Operations for Kwik Trip, Inc. for 18 years. During his tenure at Kwik Trip, Larry oversaw the purchasing and distribution of petroleum products. He grew this area from 22 million gallons per year in 1982 to 500 million gallons per year by 2000. In addition, Larry also managed Kwik Trip's full service maintenance facility and truck fleet, which grew to 100 trucks. Larry's other professional work experiences include owning and operating a wholesale petroleum distributorship and a chain of convenience stores. He served on Conestoga's board in June 2006 and currently is vice chairman.
