Nick Hatcher

Nick Hatcher was born in 1964 in Liberal KS. He graduated from Liberal High School in 1983 and completed his BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1988. Nick has owned and operated his own farming operation since 1988 and is currently farming a wide variety of crops such as alfalfa, corn, wheat, potatoes, onions and cotton. He also has a cattle operation. Nick completed Leadership Liberal in 1989 and served on the Board of Trustees for three years. He served as a Seward County Five State Free Fair board member for three years and one year as President. Nick is currently a member of the Seward County Community College Business and Industry Advisory Board, serves as a board member on Northwest Cotton Growers Cooperative, and was appointed to a study committee to assist in locating a new cotton warehouse which now located in Liberal, KS. He is also serving as a Trustee Board member at the First United Methodist Church in Liberal. He and his wife Lisa have 3 sons and a daughter. They currently reside in Liberal, KS.
