Tom Willis

Tom is the current CEO for Conestoga Energy Partners and brings over 23 years of business management experience to the company. Previously Tom served as the CEO for the Right Cooperative Association where he successfully led the effort to restructure and turn the company around. Mr. Willis spent 16 years with General Mills and held various management positions including Manager of the Special Products Division and Merchandizing/Risk Manager for the companys Pacific Northwest Grain Operations. Earlier in his career Tom worked in the area of grain risk management with both JR Simplot Company and Columbia Grain International. Mr. Willis has served as President of the Montana Grain Elevator Association, and as a board member of the Idaho Feed and Grain Association. He was a founding Director for AV Energy, LLC and is currently serving on the National Grain and Feed Association and Biofuels committee. Tom attended Utah State University where he graduated with BS degrees in Business Administration and Agriculture Business.
